Legal & General Property (LGP) has acquired 43 Temple Row, Birmingham, from the Crown Estate for £14.5m ($22.7m), according to PropertyWeek.com.
The firm acquired the building on behalf of its managed property fund.
The building is a 36,000 sq ft mixed-use office and retail block, located in the main office area of Birmingham city centre.
The building adjoins the House of Fraser scheme which was acquired by LGP's £2.5bn managed property fund at the end of last year.
