Specialty re/insurer Canopius has expanded its investment team with the addition of Achilles Sofroniou as a senior portfolio strategist, working with chief investment officer Mike Pratten.
Sofroniou was previously at Coal Pension Trustees Investment and Epic Asset Management.
Pratten, who joined in January 2014, was also previously at Coal Pension Trustees, where he was CIO and director (Insurance ERM, 22 January 2014, Canopius appoints chief investment officer).
