Sumitomo Life Insurance Company has invested in a ¥22.5bn sustainability-linked syndicated loan agreement for Tokyo Century Corporation.
According to the insurer, the loan will help meets three targets for sustainability:
- Annual power generation and CO2 reduction targets by Kyocera TCL Solar LLC
- Estimated Greenhouse Gas reduction amount target thorough Joint Crediting Mechanism
- Maintaining the DX certification (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry)
