Schroders has appointed two buy and maintain (B&M) credit solution managers, Matt Turner who has joined from BNP Paribas, and Connor Murphy who has moved internally from Schroders multi-sector fixed income team.
They will be responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of B&M strategies, with a focus on defined benefit pension schemes, alongside insurance clients.
