Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) has invested £90m ($128m) in the construction of an apartment development in Ealing, London.
The 278-unit self-funded Build to Rent development, due to be completed by the end of 2023, will be fully owned by PIC with 35% of the rooms being affordable housing.
