PGIM Private Capital has opened a three staff office in Madrid, its first in Spain.
“Our Spanish portfolio has grown significantly in recent years, and we have established numerous borrower relationships in Spain,” Joshua Shipley, managing director said. The asset manager has invested €1.3bn ($1.6bn) in Spain, including €1bn since 2018.
