Macquarie Asset Management’s real estate fund, in which MAPFRE is an investor, has acquired an office building in Hamburg for an undisclosed sum.
This is the fund sixth European office properties acquisition since 2019.
The building is close to the city centre and has been leased on a long-term basis to two tenants.
