Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets (LGIM Real Assets) has provided £85m ($118m) in long-term financing to believe housing, an affordable homes provider in North East England.
The funding will fund the development of 1,200 new affordable homes over the next five years.
The investment has been made by LGIM Real Assets on behalf of its clients including Legal & General Retirement Institutional.
