Dai-ichi Life invests ¥100m in Japanese medical start up

The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company has invested ¥100m ($898k) in PaMeLa, a Japanese start-up that develops and provides a medical device that scientifically measures pain using brain waves.

This is Dai-ichi Life's sixth impact investment of 2021.
