Barings has sold a retail park in Italy to an Austrian institutional investor for an undisclosed sum.
The Parco Fiore Retail Park comprises of 14 retail and food units and is fully let. The asset, built in two stages in 2017 and 2019, has a high ESG standard, with a BREEAM Green Building Certification along with photovoltaic panels on the roof.
