Barings has acquired three logistics properties in the north east of Italy for an undisclosed sum.
The first is a warehouse, located in Isola Rizza, let on a long-term lease to Unifreddo, a cold storage logistics specialist. The remaining two are located in San Giorgio and are let to STI Spa, and Italian third-party logistics company.
