Barings, the asset manager of MassMutual, has acquired a multifamily development asset in Atlanta, Georgia, for an undisclosed sum.
The Skye Suwanee Town Center has 233 apartments and is located in the suburbs.
“Barings continues to favour specific multifamily opportunities […] and we are seeking new assets with lease-up potential,” Chris Berry, portfolio manager for Barings US real estate, said in a statement.
