AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) Alts has agreed a 10-year lease at its office block in the Bishopsgate thoroughfare of London’s financial district, letting one floor to Fidelis, a specialty re/insurance business.
The lease will begin in September and Fidelis will move in next April. “This follows a material uplift in occupier enquiries since lockdown restrictions began to ease in March,” AXA IM Alts said.
