AXA IM Alts has acquired a site in central Munich from Mondis Immobilien where it plans to develop a sustainable hybrid timber office, commissioning Accumulata Real Estate as the developer.
The €185m ($218m) project is part of its development strategy, which recently raised €800m at first close and targets developments with ESG credentials and amenity rich office developments that are experiencing increased occupier demand as a result of COVID.
