Ampega Asset Management, a Cologne-based subsidiary of Talanx, has acquired the German office complex, ‘SKYPER’, for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition took place on behalf of the HDI life insurers, neue leben Lebensversicherung and Targo Lebensversicherung, both of which belong to HDI Deutschland AG.
HDI is the registered name of the Talanx insurance group.
