An office complex in Milan, which used to be Allianz Italy’s headquarters until 2018 and is still the property of Allianz, will become the new headquarters of Deloitte Italia.
Allianz Real Estate initiated a refurbishment of the buildings in 2019, and from December 2023, the consultancy firm has signed a 12-year lease with the asset manager. The asset manager confirmed that Deloitte will be the sole tenant of the entire campus.
